Position Overview The Sr. Cybersecurity will lead the technical security operations of Hyundai MOBIS MNAe and serve as the primary contact for all cybersecurity matters. This position focuses on ensuring the security of IT systems and infrastructure, while also providing oversight for physical and administrative (managerial) security programs in coordination with related departments and global HQ.. Roles & Responsibilities Technical Security (Primary Focus): Manage system user access rights and maintain secure account policies. Develop and enforce IT security procedures in line with global standards. Execute IT security operations and audit action plans. Perform regular vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, and endpoints. Monitor and analyze security logs, including EDR logs based on HQ SOC requests. Conduct access reviews and log audits for resigned employees. Administer endpoint security solutions and enforce endpoint policy compliance. Manage network and server security tools and ensure proper policy implementation. Ensure timely deployment of security patches across all IT assets. Physical Security (Oversight): Provide oversight for physical access control systems, CCTV, key management, and USB policy. Coordinate with facility teams for routine security inspections and emergency drills. Monitor physical asset movement and visitor access through SPS and related systems. Managerial Security (Oversight): Support security awareness programs and employee training. Oversee compliance with corporate security policies and document handling procedures. Manage third-party access procedures and ensure secure
onboarding/offboarding
processes. Report and support resolution of any internal security violations or incidents Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, Software Engineering, Information, Communication or Information Security. 3-7 years experience in IT Security system implementation and operation Strong expertise in system hardening, access control, vulnerability management, and EDR. Familiarity with physical security systems and integration into IT security frameworks. Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with HQ and local teams. Preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: 2 or more certificates: CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CISA, CCNA or CompTIA Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus. Working Conditions : Office setting, repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings, and occasional travel to career fairs and off-site meetings
