What You’ll Do:
Manage Enrollment Process: Information Call, Schedule and conduct tours.
Handle inquiries and follow-ups, waitlists and paperwork.
Develop and maintain positive customer care and communication with families.
Help in general administrative work as needed.
Screen job applicants and coordinate interviews.
Increase enrollment by consistently converting prospective families into enrolled students.
Maintain a strong presence in the community by coordinating outreach efforts, attending local events, and managing partnerships that generate new inquiries.
Support marketing initiatives by managing the school’s social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns to drive inquiries.
Clearly and persuasively communicate in both verbal and written form.

Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required).
Preferred: Prior Primorose Experience.

Present a polished, approachable, and confident demeanor in all interactions.
Adjust quickly to changing family needs, priorities, or school operations.
