Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service while directing inquiries as needed.
- Managing and maintaining the company database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Composing, typing, and formatting letters, memos, and other correspondence.
- Organizing and printing incoming emails, identifying relevant documents, and looking up invoices to ensure they are properly paid.
- Tracking members attending the annual conference and organizing relevant information in Excel.
- Filing and organizing physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Administrative Experience : Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with managing databases.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills for answering inquiries and drafting correspondence.
- Organizational Abilities : Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail, especially when managing data, processing invoices, and tracking information.
