Program and set up HAAS 4 Axis CNC lathes using Fusion 360 software. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining. Conduct tool selection and setup for various machining operations. Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in all machining activities. Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC lathe programmer, specifically with HAAS 4 Axis machines. Proficiency in Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software. Strong understanding of machining principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
