We are searching for a qualified candidate who is interested in starting their own agency here at Farmers, which will give you the most freedom, while getting rewarded for your drive and success!

Along with the virtual training requirement from Farmers, you will be provided hands-on training with our district office team to ensure your success. We will train you and your team members for free and assist with the registration process for licensing.

Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Requirements A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and with urgency. Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Previous sales or insurance experience is not required, just the drive to succeed.
