Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely shipping and receiving, and efficient support of drivers and store operations. The Coordinator also manages vendor orders, performs administrative duties such as invoice reconciliation and deposits, and ensures smooth distribution of goods and supplies to all stores in the region. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits. Oversee shipping and receiving schedules, ensuring timely delivery and expanded availability to accept incoming shipments. Coordinate warehouse orders, ensuring products are staged and distributed correctly. Support driver routes and manage logistics of delivery to all stores in the region. Ensure the company truck is properly maintained, including scheduling refueling and routine checks. Administrative & Financial Support Cross-check store invoices against warehouse inventory and deliveries to ensure accuracy. Process and reconcile cash sales deposits. Manage warehouse-related paperwork, reporting, and compliance requirements. Procurement & Vendor Relations Place and track vendor orders. Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of store supply orders. Coordinate purchase and restock of general warehouse and store supplies. Team & Cross-Functional Support Serve as primary contact for drivers and store leadership regarding deliveries, shipments, and supply needs. Provide responsive support to District Manager, Assistant District Manager, and Store Leads on order fulfillment and delivery timelines. Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast and plan for inventory needs. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in invoice reconciliation and/or cash handling preferred. Ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams. Flexible and reliable, with problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities. Valid driver’s license; ability to support truck refueling and store runs as needed. Skills Required: Clear and professional communication with store managers, drivers, and vendors. Relationship-building with external vendors to ensure consistent supply. Ability to act as a reliable point of contact for stores across the region. Strong attention to detail to catch errors in invoices, orders, and inventory counts. Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues, vendor delays, or supply shortages. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and warehouse systems. Competencies: Adaptability
