SUMMARY Stampede Ventures, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified General Maintenance Worker. This individual will support the 99 Facilities Investment Services Contract in Region 4B5 and provide basic day-to-day maintenance throughout the installations. Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. Generator Maintenance General maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as: Painting Carpentry Plumbing Masonry Electrical Work Changing filters and belts in Air Handlers Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, lights Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO’s) Two (2) years’ experience as a general maintenance worker or similar High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Basic knowledge of general maintenance (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc) Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Good customer service, people skills Preferred • Two Years Experience General Maintenance • DOD Contract Experience NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
