Job description:
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects in the Denver area. Projects typically include automotive dealerships, aviation-related facilities, banks, parks, QSR, and restaurant builds ranging from $1M to $5M in value.
This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and can lead projects from pre-construction through closeout with a high level of ownership and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Manage day-to-day site operations, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple active projects
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align project goals
- Oversee permitting, procurement, cost tracking, and change order processes
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation, communication, and reporting throughout the life of each project
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Direct experience managing commercial construction projects from ground-up through closeout
- Background in one or more of the following project types: auto dealerships, aviation, banks, restaurants, QSR, or parks
- Ability to manage multiple active projects independently
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable navigating permitting, inspections, and vendor management in the Denver metro area
