Hybrid Project Manager / Superintendent – Stucco & Masonry

Location: Austin & San Antonio, TX

Commercial & Residential Construction – Stucco & Masonry

We are working with a growing specialty contractor based in Austin, TX, known for delivering high-quality stucco and masonry solutions across commercial, multifamily, and custom residential projects.

The Role

As a hybrid PM/Superintendent , you’ll oversee both the field execution and project management of stucco and masonry jobs—from pre-construction planning through to close-out. You’ll split your time between the field (ensuring quality and schedule adherence) and the office (managing budgets, submittals, schedules, and client communications).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stucco and/or masonry projects simultaneously
• Coordinate field activities, labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Conduct site visits and quality control checks
• Ensure compliance with jobsite safety and building codes
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, vendors, and inspectors
• Create and update project documentation (RFIs, submittals, progress reports)
• Work closely with the estimating team during bidding phases when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in stucco, masonry, or exterior façade construction
• Proven background in both field supervision and project management
• Strong understanding of exterior cladding systems, waterproofing, and OSHA safety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
