As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of mechanical construction projects. You will be involved in planning, scheduling, and overseeing progress while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day operations and project coordination
• Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Support subcontractor management, including scheduling and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and vendors
• Prepare project reports, submittals, and RFI documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, ideally with mechanical systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of project management software a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
