Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $130k - $135k + Bonus + Auto Allowance + Excellent Health Insurance + 401(k)

Our client is a powerhouse in commercial construction. They deliver ground-up projects ranging from $15M to $20M+. With a strong pipeline of major work across Dallas Fort Worth, they are looking to add a Project Manager to help lead that growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading some exciting commercial projects across the DFW market
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, and execution from precon through to closeout
• Managing project teams including PMs, APMs, Supers, and field staff
• Building strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Driving quality, safety, and performance on every job

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
• Proven success managing projects in the $15M to $20M+ range
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to run complex teams with confidence
• A passion for excellence and a track record of delivering results

The package:

• Base salary from $130K - $135K with 10-30% bonus potential
• $750 -$1000 vehicle allowance
• Excellent health insurance
• 401(k)
