Senior Project Manager | Commercial and Residential Interiors CLASSIFICATION: Full Time - Exempt - Salaried COMPANY OVERVIEW An established and growing Commercial General Contractor based in New York City is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to support ongoing interior buildouts across retail, corporate, high-end residential and commercial spaces. POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and upper management to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of commercial and residential interior projects. This individual will be responsible for project oversight, establishing budgets, coordinating detailed monthly reports to track progress, budget and any foreseeable challenges along with proposed solutions for the client. Minimum 10 years of experience working for a general contractor on high end residential, commercial interiors, retail, or corporate interior projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed
