Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP scope, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, for $500M+ data center projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Utilize BIM and project management software (e.g., Procore) for scheduling and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as an MEP Project Manager or similar in commercial construction or data centers.
• Expertise in power systems, cooling infrastructure, or BIM coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; PMP or LEED certification a plus.
