A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Retail Project Manager. Position Type: Full-time-Contract, Possible contract to Hire Location: New York City, NY 10007 (Onsite) As a Retail Project Manager, you will: • Project Manager for Retail Team Looking for a person with strong expertise in creating new retail design concepts, design execution and roll out of new concepts. • Prior experience with large national retailers with multiple locations, expertise in managing multiple external partners/agencies, and working with internal stakeholders is desired. Executes design strategy in design of retail stores. • Self-starter who can "own” projects from inception to completion. • Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and fast-paced timelines. • Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details. • Manage schedules and monitor deadlines. • Review materials supplied by Real Estate department such as lease plans and landlord design criteria. • Source new products and materials. • Concept development including fixture prototyping and building signage. • Roll out and archive projects. Bachelor’s degree in interior design, industrial design or architecture required. • Architecture or interior design background with retail design experience. • Expertise in: AUTOCAD, SKETCH-UP, ADOBE CREATIVE. • Strong design aesthetic. • Computer drafting and 3D modeling. Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Sketchup. • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through drawings/sketches. • Excellent time management skills. • Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
