Job Description :

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile accounts including cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany balances
• Analyze variances and trends; provide insights on financial results
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation in GL and reporting workflows
• Support internal controls and refine accounting policies as the business grows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge
• ERP proficiency (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online)
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets and pivot tables
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter with experience driving process improvements and ensuring GAAP compliance
