Nights | 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend & holidays required Position Summary
The MS/Tele RN provides nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, managing a patient ratio of 1:4–6. Nurses will deliver safe, evidence-based care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Floating between campuses is required. Key Responsibilities
Care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage dysrhythmias, and provide emergency response. Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform patient assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Float to other Harnett Health campuses/units as needed. Work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Requirements
Active NC or Compact RN License
(pending license not accepted) Minimum 2 years MS/Tele experience Certifications required:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS First-time travelers accepted Must live
50+ miles away
