POSITION OVERVIEW As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that enhance customer experience, optimize inventory management, and personalize vehicle recommendations. Working closely with data scientists, product teams, and business unit leaders to lead complex projects that leverage large datasets and state-of-the-art algorithms to provide competitive advantages in the luxury automotive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to support vehicle recommendations, pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and customer segmentation. Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., customer behavior, sales trends, vehicle specifications) to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with data engineering and software teams to build robust data pipelines and integrate ML models into production systems. Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and algorithm selection. Lead research initiatives on emerging ML techniques and tools to continuously improve the platforms intelligence. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to align ML efforts with business goals. Ensure models are interpretable, maintainable, and comply with data privacy regulations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI/ML.

QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Experience with data processing tools and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with other programming languages is a plus. Experience deploying ML models into production environments and working with APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
