Job Description Salary: Location - Onsite, Suwanee, GA
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving and Shipping specialist to join our team in Suwanee, GA. This role involves receiving and shipping goods, print labels, operating forklifts, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure seamless logistics support.
Key Responsibilities: Goods Receiving
Unload and inspect incoming shipping goods, verifying goods against packing lists. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the right person by email.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for daily shipments. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and necessary
documentation(Excel,
word, etc.). Coordinate with carriers (e.g., FedEx, freight companies) for timely deliveries.
Forklift Operation
Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials. Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
Warehouse Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols. Wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, etc.) at all times.
Qualifications: Required:
Must be bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer skills (Excel, email). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant).
Preferred:
1+ years of warehouse experience, including order picking and shipping. Experience with container unloading and spare parts inventory. Familiarity with LTL shipping and FIFO inventory practices.
