Maintenance Coordinator –

The Connection That Keeps Our Community Running About the Role As our Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between residents and maintenance team - handling service requests, leading resident communications and scheduling work orders, so every repair is completed promptly and with attention to detail.

What You’ll Do Receive and triage maintenance requests from residents via phone, email, or online portal. Communicate clearly with residents about service timelines and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and maintain work orders, invoices, and maintenance records with accuracy. Assist management with maintenance goals, make-ready schedules, and

occupancy/retention

targets. Provide weekly and monthly maintenance reports to the Property Manager as needed. Track maintenance expenses, process invoices, assist with budget monitoring and maintenance bookkeeping to support accurate financial reporting.
