Job Description: JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Quality Analyst will work alongside both business and technical team members to ensure the usability and functionality of products, services and systems. The role is responsible for analyzing requirements and issues for test case development and will execute and document all testing activities and results for new development, enhancements and issue resolution ensuring that the product and/or service meets the specified requirements. The role will interface with peer teams to identify, re-create and aid in the mitigation of any defects or anomalies found in the testing process; documenting all issues found in a defect tracking tool and reporting progress to management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Defines and creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test strategies
• Reviews requirements and specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimates, prioritizes, plans and coordinates testing activities.
• Executes test cases and/or automation scripts and identifies and documents defects thoroughly.
• Manual claims segment testing and application-level testing.
• pplies test standards and testing processes (i.e. SDLC, Agile)
• Collaborates with internal teams (i.e. developers, product managers, administrators) to identify new requirements to improve quality
• Investigates the causes of routine defects and implement new processes and/or solutions (i.e. software upgrade)
• Installs, configures and maintains testing programs
• nalyzes quality assurance metrics and creates test summary reports
• Creates reports and analyzes data to identify solutions that meet business goals
• nalyzes current processes and identifies existing or potential problems in order to Client new process improvement opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and Experience
• 4+ w/Bachelor's degree with experience as a QA Manual/Automated tester
• Should be able to build and execute automated Testing solution/frameworks using Java/Java Script and Python
• Should have excellent knowledge and hands on experience in building Test automation frameworks.
• ble to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Should have prior working experience with test frameworks to build TDD/BDD and Test Reporting.
• Experience in Selenium/Webdriver IO/PyTest/Jasmine/Mocha etc
• Good knowledge in SQL/JIRA-agile lifecycle.
