We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Accounting Clerk

for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in Pasadena. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and have a solid foundation in accounting principles. This position offers the potential for long-term employment and professional growth. Key ***** Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

Generate financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel

Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents

Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

***** Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, data sorting/filtering)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (not required)
