Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, AEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns. Identify new digital marketing technologies and trends to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. 4 - 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution on Google Ads and META. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and HubSpot CRM systems preferred. Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads preferred. Compensation:

Targeted hiring rate is a base annual salary of $80,000 - $85,000 with a Stake-in-the-Outcome bonus potential.
