We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Technician

to join our team and support the maintenance and repair of industrial production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical and electrical background, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining pharmaceutical or packaging machinery. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 5:45 AM (Overnight Shift) Salary:

$28.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform minor electrical duties including voltage checks, continuity checks, and replacement of electrical components. Disassemble, repair, and replace malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery. Maintain and document preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace conveyor belts, bearings, and electrical motors. Assemble and reassemble machinery and equipment using hand tools and pneumatic power tools. Request necessary parts and electrical components to keep equipment operational. Interpret and follow mechanical diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings. Demonstrate a positive attitude toward learning, growth, and adapting to new technologies and processes. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of experience

as a maintenance

mechanic/technician

in a packaging or industrial environment (pharmaceutical experience preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems. Hands-on experience with A/DC motors, PLC electronic systems, and machinery installations. Skilled in reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Forklift operation experience required. Experience repairing industrial pharmaceutical equipment. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be highly resourceful, responsible, and hardworking with the ability to work independently.
