About the Team
The Business Operations team operates under the CFO organization, focusing on key performance indicator reporting, analytic capabilities, and leading impactful cross-functional projects. We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about creating analytics solutions and optimizing internal data processes. Success in this role requires a strong technical foundation, business insight, and a creative approach to transforming manual workflows into efficient systems that generate meaningful insights.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business and data challenges, identifying root causes and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Communicate findings effectively, tailoring presentations and recommendations to various audiences.
- Design and implement data solutions that nurture new capabilities or initiatives, including product adoption scoring and financial forecasting.
- Determine the technical strategy for diverse project phases, from exploratory analysis to MVP development.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to enhance data collection, improve reporting processes, and scale solutions for long-term success.
- Engage cross-functionally to keep initiatives on schedule while ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Provide analytical support to Finance and Executive Leadership as needed.
- Travel to the US may be required bi-annually.
Examples of Desirable Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years as a data analyst, with at least 1 year in a large-scale environment.
- Experience in fast-growing technology companies preferred (2+ years).
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and analytics tools like Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-growth setting while maintaining focus on overarching goals.
- Strong business acumen and a history of delivering high-quality analytical outcomes that drive strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
