Overview Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and specifications. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. Develop process models, workflows, and documentation. Assist in the design and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Support project management activities, including planning and reporting. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making. Ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile, Scrum). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with relevant software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio).
