Responsibilities

Architect, build, and optimize ML systems: Develop and deploy robust ML models for real-world applications.

Training pipeline development: Design and implement efficient, scalable pipelines to train and retrain ML models.

Fine-tune large language models (LLMs): Continuously fine-tune LLMs to align with enterprise requirements, improving accuracy and performance.

Feedback systems design: Implement and refine feedback loops to improve model effectiveness over time.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.

Stay current with ML advancements: Apply cutting-edge ML practices to keep infrastructure up to date.

Mentorship and knowledge sharing: Guide junior team members and foster technical growth.

Technical communication: Communicate ML methodologies and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

ML systems expertise: Proven experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying ML systems in production.

Model training and pipeline mastery: Strong background in end-to-end ML training pipelines.

LLM fine-tuning: Experience in fine-tuning large language models for specific use cases.

Framework proficiency: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

Programming: Python proficiency for ML applications.

Clear communicator: Ability to convey complex ML concepts to diverse audiences.

Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in ML, CS, Data Engineering, or related field.

Impactful ML solutions: Track record of delivering ML solutions with real-world value.

Salary Salary: $175,000-$225,000. This range represents typical compensation for this role based on experience and skills.
