Overview GDIT is seeking a Senior Director Capture, US Cyber Command with primary responsibility for leading and winning new business opportunities with the United States Cyber Command (USCC) and other IC markets. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Growth, Space and Cyber Intelligence Sector (SCIS) as part of the Intelligence and Homeland Security (IHS) Growth team. You will lead pre-proposal shaping activities, orchestrate capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities, and must show a proven methodology toward increasing win probability. This position provides an opportunity to apply the breadth of resources available in our organization to critical technology and mission challenges across the Intelligence Community. Lead capture activities in support of key opportunities within the USCC and IC business of the Space and Cyber Intelligence Sector. As a Senior Director of Capture, pursue and win new business contracts with values up to $1B. Collaborate with operations and engineering across business units to capture and win opportunities primarily within the IC customer markets. Responsibilities

Lead capture activities for opportunities within the Federal IC (USCC and IC) space. Provide strategic thinking and execution for capture efforts, including determining capture team resource requirements and managing costs throughout the Bid Acquisition Process. Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to qualify new business opportunities. Interface between Business Development and internal/external stakeholders to develop technical, management and pricing strategies. Understand capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses to direct the development of solution concepts, CONOPS and path to win. Manage multiple capture efforts across opportunities and stages of the acquisition process. Provide customer and business knowledge through business intelligence to ensure understanding of customer desires and competitor capabilities. Develop win themes, value propositions, and teaming strategies; obtain commitments from industry partners to bridge gaps and increase the probability of winning. Establish value-added teaming and competitive pricing structures to achieve profitable outcomes; co-lead with cost estimating and proposal teams to ensure alignment and repeatable reviews. Support continual business development process improvement and capture/pursuit metric reporting. Maintain compliance with applicable Federal Procurement and Business Ethics Codes and Regulations. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 10+ years capturing and winning new business ($100M+ opportunities preferred) in Maryland-based IC markets; related business development, capture, proposal, and/or government sales/marketing experience in USCC/IC markets. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performance team toward business objectives; experience with competitive analysis, reviews, and price-to-win strategy. Technical skills: strong quantitative/analytical skills; knowledge of acquisition/procurement policies and regulations; excellent written/verbal communications, presenting, organization, time management, and team-building abilities; knowledge of major industry competitors in Maryland-based IC markets. Security clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph required to start. US citizenship required. Other role requirements: responsible for pursuing opportunities within the Federal IC space; strategic thinking and execution for capture; engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders; interface between BD and internal/external teams; develop CONOPS and path to win; manage multiple capture efforts; provide business intelligence; develop win themes and pricing strategies; establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing; work with cost estimating and proposals teams; meet performance goals and comply with codes and regulations.
