• Assist escrow officers with opening, processing, and closing escrow files.
• Prepare and review escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates.
• Manage and maintain escrow records and files, ensuring they are complete and organized.
• Coordinate document signing and notarization appointments.
• Handle disbursement of funds and maintain accurate financial records for each transaction.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
