Overview This high-impact executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial strategy, lead core finance functions, and support continued growth. The CFO will oversee accounting, FP&A, reporting, tax, compliance, and cash management, while also managing key banking, investor, and capital relationships. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong track record in high-growth environments and deep experience in real estate or property management.
Qualifications
CPA required
10+ years of progressive finance leadership (5+ at management or above level)
Strong background in real estate or property management preferred
Proven track record in scaling finance functions in a high-growth company
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
