Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman’s compensation policies & procedures

Full-time, dayshift, including Manager on Duty weekend rotation
