GLC Advisors is seeking a vice president (VP) to focus on M&A and capital raising in our technology practice supporting a highly productive group consisting of three managing directors all based in Denver, CO. We are seeking someone with direct investment banking and sell-side M&A experience. This person will have immediate exposure to clients and deals and be expected to be a meaningful contributor right away. This person will play a variety of roles on the team including managing client interactions, serving as an MD thought partner, training negotiation best-practices, and mentoring junior bankers. Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and manage day-to-day deal execution, including key transaction deliverables and client interactions. Participate in buyer/investor interactions and provide training and mentorship to junior bankers. Develop client development and marketing skillsets. Proactively drive process, planning, and execution of deliverables. Approach problems with a multi-faceted, solution-oriented mindset and maintain strong teamwork relationships. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Maintain high energy and engagement in day-to-day activities and client management. Engage in meetings such as drafting sessions, client Q&A, and buyer calls to establish client trust. CIM oversight: draft, create core positioning, and develop strategic elements of the CIM (Executive summary, products, growth); lead the CIM outline and guide associates and analysts in drafting remaining sections; perform detailed reviews before finalizing with managing directors. Oversee financial modeling and data analysis, and provide guidance to junior bankers. Oversee funds flow modeling. Focus on business development and networking with lawyers and accountants. Bachelor of Business Administration / Arts / Sciences required. 6–8 years of relevant experience, including direct junior investment banking experience, corporate development, or private equity experience. Experience with 15+ completed M&A transactions. Executive presence and confidence in interacting with managing directors and senior-level clientele. Strong critical thinking and issue anticipation. Knowledge of deal sourcing and relationship management, with ability to navigate organizational culture. Manage a significant portion of buyer calling activity on live deals (50+ buyers per broad auction). Demonstrate strong, mature judgement. Mentor junior bankers on time management, project prioritization, and team communication; manage, train, and develop associates and analysts; set timelines and manage deliverables. To Apply:

A base salary of at least $200,000 per year. The rate of pay will be dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant skills and experience.
