Overview Teleflora is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing to develop and execute our consumer and florist (B2B) marketing initiatives. Through their efforts, the Senior Manager, Marketing will identify and implement business growth initiatives while supporting the VP, Marketing to maximize brand equity, awareness, and florist partner satisfaction for Teleflora. In addition to executing Teleflora’s broad range of consumer and florist marketing initiatives, the Senior Manager, Marketing will successfully manage and lead Teleflora’s florist and consumer marketing team to accomplish our objectives. Teleflora has been a part of The Wonderful Company family since 1979 and is the world’s largest flower delivery service. With nearly 10,000 member florists in North America, we lead the industry by working directly with our florists to hand-arrange and hand deliver every bouquet. Teleflora provides innovative marketing, education and technology to help our member florists thrive, creating beautiful bouquets with keepsake vases delivered to your door. This position is based at Teleflora’s West Los Angeles office with a hybrid schedule in-office Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday. The Senior Manager, Marketing will report to the Vice President, Marketing.
Responsibilities Develop and lead a team of three direct reports across the consumer marketing and florist marketing departments.
Develop and execute both long-term and short-term consumer marketing and florist marketing (B2B) strategies in partnership with the Vice President, Marketing.
Build and manage the brand’s Love Out Loud platform.
Develop, oversee, and consistently communicate a compelling brand position leveraging both traditional and new media.
Write compelling creative briefs and manage relationships with in-house advertising agency including those responsible for creative development, media planning and buying, digital media, and public relations.
Oversee social media strategy – both media and content development.
Brief and work closely with the in-house Consumer Insights Team on consumer market research and brand trackers to understand brand and industry insights to inform category development.
Develop, oversee, and monitor KPIs to pivot and adjust strategies, tactics, and content to maximize spend and increase performance.
Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Collaborate with the sales department and partner florists to develop and deliver timely and relevant marketing materials.
Work closely and develop key relationships with ecommerce, product marketing, creative, sales, finance, technology, and legal teams.
Qualifications 8+ years of brand / consumer marketing experience – B2B marketing experience a plus.
Experience in managing and motivating teams.
Advanced understanding of campaign development, advertising, branding, consumer insights, digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
Experience collaborating with agency partners / managing the creative process.
Experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments highly desirable.
Strong leader with a passion for motivating, managing and inspiring teams and partners.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Strong analytical thinker with a track record and talent for strategically leveraging data and insights.
Resourceful and thoughtful problem solver with a sense of urgency and ability to develop actionable solutions.
Curiosity and ability to articulate how things work to partners and team members.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and being scrappy.

Compensation Pay Rate: $120,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
