ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of our maintenance team, you will ensure all electrical installations comply with the National Electrical Code while maintaining licensing requirements for electrical personnel. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing various types of equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Performing essential process and production maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Handling a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical troubleshooting, programming, plumbing, fabrication, and parts refurbishment to enhance facility reliability.
  • Assembling, installing, repairing, and dismantling industrial machinery and heavy equipment such as pumps and conveyors.
  • Reading blueprints and aligning machines with precision tools while conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Following all safety policies and participating actively in our commitment to continuous improvement in safety and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring reliable performance by completing preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, based on diagrams and operations manuals.
  • Exercising mechanical skills, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to effectively carry out maintenance tasks.
  • Inspecting parts using measuring tools to determine necessary changes.
  • Removing defective components using both hand tools and power tools, with welding and machining experience being beneficial.
  • Contributing to team success by achieving assigned performance metrics.
  • Complying with all OSHA regulations pertaining to safety and health.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is mandatory.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various systems including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic.
  • Ability to accurately read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Hands-on proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
  • Knowledge in welding, machining, and fabrication is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of preventive and predictive maintenance practices is essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
