Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Maryland and Delaware

We are seeking a Maryland or Delaware Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team! If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a team that's building a sustainable future, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Install and maintain solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries
• Perform electrical work tied to solar installations (wiring, circuits, grid connections)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance
• Conduct site assessments for optimal solar system design
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers
• Communicate effectively with customers about their systems
• Keep clear records and assist with permits and documentation
• Stay current with code changes, technology, and trends

What You’ll Need

• Valid Maryland or Delaware Journeyman Electrician License
• Experience with solar PV systems a plus
• Strong understanding of NEC, safety protocols, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
