We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sleep studies and providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients with sleep disorders. You will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during the testing process while utilizing your knowledge of sleep medicine and physiology.
Community Hospital Experience: Preferred First-timers accepted: (Y/N)? Yes Locals accepted: Yes
Knowledge of medical terminology related to sleep medicine and respiratory therapy. Experience in diagnostic evaluation techniques within a sleep center environment. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to sleep disorders. Ability to assess vital signs and conduct physical examinations as necessary. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams. Certification as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) is preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner. Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
