The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will serve as the operations leader for their region, managing and developing operational teams, focusing on metrics like ADA, recruitment, enrollment, staff retention, and financial stewardship. They will support hiring, monitor regional performance, and act as a liaison between the region and headquarters. What We Offer
Salary range: $114,257 - $135,966, based on experience Performance bonus eligibility Benefits

Develop regional recruitment and onboarding strategies Ensure attendance and persistence goals are met Manage operational and financial performance of campuses Build leadership capacity within teams About IDEA Public Schools
