Position Summary: The Information Security Engineer - Cloud Security is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the security of the AHS Cloud environment. This role manages the technical aspects of the enterprise cloud architecture, ensuring security, stability, and resilience against advanced attacks and threats. The engineer will collaborate with the Security Operations team and other units to support corporate missions and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: Design and deliver cloud threat analytics using log correlation, AI, and machine learning. Serve as a technical advisor for security systems in Azure and M365 environments. Develop security and compliance requirements within Microsoft cloud services, including Identity protection, Data security, and CoPilot. Collaborate with business units and partners to maintain secure data management practices. Ensure security compliance across our growing Azure cloud footprint. Work with engineering teams to improve security posture. Research and recommend solutions that meet security standards and support business continuity. Monitor Azure and M365 environments for unusual activity and respond to intrusions. Perform proactive risk assessments and threat testing of information systems. Qualifications: BSc/BA degree with specialized security training. Security certifications such as Microsoft AZ-500, CISSP, CISA, etc. At least 5 years of experience in security processes within enterprise networks. Minimum 3 years in cloud security and IT, with Azure preferred. Experience with cloud systems engineering, network, identity, and server administration. Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS security management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strategies, policies, and standards for cloud security. Data Loss Prevention design and support. Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate security risks. Ability to align security with business needs and collaborate effectively. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
