Job Title:
Industrial Engineer / Project Manager The Industrial Engineer / Project Manager supports operations to optimize performance and achieve financial and service goals. Responsibilities include project management, implementation, training, go-live support, and technical support. The role requires maintaining excellent customer relations and engaging in high-priority client interactions. Additionally, the role involves expanding and applying standard methodologies, configuring workflows for clients, and ensuring smooth operation of multiple concurrent projects across diverse clients. This position is fully remote. Requirements Develop operational workflows with customers tailored to their businesses. Create detailed communication plans and ensure timely updates to clients. Align operational functions with company objectives and client needs. Prioritize professional service projects based on value, ROI, and impact. Manage customer communications and set expectations during deployments. Ensure customer SLAs and service requirements are met. Support clients during project go-live, evaluate results, and document lessons learned. Test processes using test cases, prepare documentation, and coordinate issue resolution. Collaborate with the development team to design new programs for client implementation. Research client issues, document findings, and implement technical solutions. Maintain technical and business documentation, supporting clients and internal teams. Establish technical project requirements and foster professional relationships with clients. Assist clients in monitoring software implementation and customize solutions as needed. Train client technical staff on hardware and software, and identify process issues to provide solutions. Qualifications Experience with Cloud SaaS deployment models. Project management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies, and apply them to customer solutions. Customer-facing and implementation experience in consulting or professional services. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related; Master’s/MBA preferred. Familiarity with emerging business technologies and applications.
