Lead the development of our Electrical Engineering practice, including hiring, mentoring, and integrating electrical services into projects. You will set strategic goals, oversee technical work in roadway lighting, traffic signals, power systems, renewable energy, and smart infrastructure, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will collaborate internally, manage client relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, and identify new business opportunities.
