Lead Mechanical Engineer Position:
Full time Metric Geo is working with one of the largest engineering firms in the world who's currently hiring for a Lead Mechanical Engineer. This position has excellent career progression opportunities. The role consists of overseeing mechanical design, contributing to strategic planning of the firm's direction & associated goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as the "Engineer on Record" Project Manager for Projects up to 100M construction costs Leadership of staffing, hiring, employee reviews, goal-setting, training/development, and general group personnel-related concerns alongside other technical leaders Qualifications: 10+ years’ relevant mechanical design experience Professional Engineering (PE) license LEED AP accreditation strongly preferred Bachelors’ degree in mechanical engineering Revit and AutoCAD What we offer: Rapid career progression opportunities Stock Ownership opportunities Other company benefits This position won't be available for long, if you have the relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
