Creative Services Manager

to join our Marketing department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the firm’s visual brand identity across digital and print platforms, ensuring high-quality, strategic, and brand-aligned creative output. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the visual identity of a nationally respected law firm with a 99-year legacy and a forward-looking mindset. The Creative Services Manager will be an experienced design professional with a passion for emerging technology and content strategy across a variety of communication vehicles and channels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be process driven, an excellent project manager, and a collaborative spirit. Appreciating a data-driven approach to campaigns, they will utilize their creativity while leveraging the latest generative AI tools to enhance ideation to production. They will oversee the creative execution of internal and external communications, pitch materials, event branding, social media visuals, web assets, and more — while bringing fresh thinking and efficiency to our workflows. Responsibilities: Ensure consistency of Stradley Ronon’s visual identity across all touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and helping to evolve them as needed. Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, event signage, infographics, advertisements, digital campaigns, and social media graphics. Lead the creative lifecycle of projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, approvals, revisions, and resources. Prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team, attorneys, and external vendors to develop creative strategies that support brand awareness, client development, and recruitment. Create compelling visual assets and content strategy for digital channels, including website graphics, email campaigns, video content, and social media. Maintain quality control over all design work, conducting thorough reviews to ensure materials are on-brand, error-free, and meet internal and external expectations. Stay current on legal marketing trends and visual communication standards within professional services. Explore and evaluate new creative technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency, support ideation, and enhance visual storytelling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative services, preferably in a professional services or legal environment. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital asset management tools. Strong working knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience designing for websites and social media platforms. Experience with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g., Concep, Hubspot), project management tools (e.g., MS Planner, Asana, Trello), and customer relationship management systems (InterAction) is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, ChatGPT, etc.) and an interest in leveraging them to enhance workflows and creative ideation. Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the firm. Experience managing freelance designers, printers, photographers, or video production vendors is desirable.
