KPMG is seeking a Sr Associate, Oracle Analytics in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence following KPMG approach to meet and exceed client requirements. Provide technical expertise on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence architecture, data modeling, and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence tools. Perform data integration tasks (ETL), optimize performance, and ensure efficient data processing. Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions; stay updated on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features and industry trends; collaborate with functional teams to understand business process impacts. Qualifications:

At least five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management; Jira and Confluence experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA or MIS preferred. Technical experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS, FAW/FDI) and strong analytical skills. Project management skills; understanding of Oracle SaaS modules and business processes across ERP, HCM, or SCM is a plus. Excellent communication skills; proven track record in leading Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations; ability to work independently and in teams. Willingness to travel as needed.
