Job Summary
As a key member of our Global IT team, the Senior ERP Business Analyst – Finance will partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective ERP solutions using Microsoft platforms (AX2012 and D365). You will gather and analyze requirements, design and implement ERP modules, and continuously monitor system performance and user adoption.
This role requires managing multiple projects across functions like Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Manufacturing, so strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Your work will help lay the foundation for AGC Biologics’ continued growth by strengthening our ERP platform and processes.
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Compensation : $108,080 - $148,610
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities
Analyze business functions to understand requirements, recommend practical ERP solutions, and manage application design and configuration. Continuously improve ERP systems by studying current and best practices, and designing updates that add value. Identify and recommend controls by spotting issues and suggesting better procedures. Manage ERP configuration and setup in line with JSOX and GMP policies, focusing on maximizing system value and usability. Maintain system protocols and user documentation, and support training for ERP users. Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing system data and trends. Ensure ERP system implementations follow best practices and organizational policies, including access management. Collaborate effectively with developers and implementers to transfer knowledge and ensure smooth delivery. Lead efforts to reduce manual processes through automation within ERP systems. Verify and test solutions thoroughly, including preparing test cases and supporting execution. Monitor ERP system activity to assess utilization, productivity, and quality trends.
Leadership Skills
Adapt quickly to project changes, managing risks and adjusting plans as needed to keep projects on track. Manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks simultaneously with focus and efficiency. Troubleshoot and provide support for functional ERP modules across Operations and Supply Chain. Write clear, detailed documentation and procedures for ERP requirements. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in English. Apply strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years of experience with Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365 ERP platforms, especially for Finance modules, with knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing in a GMP or manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of enterprise-wide ERP business and technical processes including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Experience defining and integrating ERP finance solutions for legal and statutory compliance. Proven ability to write clear documents and procedures for ERP requirements. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability. Experience in biotech or regulated industries is a plus.
Preferred
Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft AX or Dynamics 365 in manufacturing, preferably biotech and GMP environments. Skilled in creating business and enterprise reports using tools like Power BI. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
