Serving injured clients, Ramos Law aims to support and advocate for people in need. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney located in Phoenix. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of client cases, including drafting and filing motions, representing clients in court, conducting trials, and taking depositions. Additional duties include legal research, case analysis, and advising clients on the best legal strategies for their situations. The role requires excellent problem-solving capabilities and a strong commitment to advocating for the rights and interests of our clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Tort Law and legal principles Experience in drafting Motions Familiarity with courtroom procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Bar admission and good standing in the state of Arizona, or ability to obtain licensure. Experience in personal injury law is a plus Seniority level
