Wage:
$25 - $27/hour depending on experience
Hours:
1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Duties of the manual Mills machinist: Set up existing parts and create work holdings Perform advanced dimensional inspections Apply basic GD&T knowledge Select and set up fixtures and tooling for each job Design and engineer necessary fixtures and tooling Interpret blueprints and operate manual mills and attachments to meet specifications Communicate with supervisor regarding issues affecting assignments or operations Provide general shop support as needed
Requirements of the manual Mills machinist: High school diploma or GED preferred 2 - 4 years of CNC machining experience Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, and using hand tools Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs. (assisted lifts for over 75 lbs) Experience with part inspection and quality control
