Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team, driving the evolution of our LiquidCommerce distributed technology platform. You'll orchestrate complex technical initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring our cutting-edge e-commerce solutions continue to lead the market while maintaining our commitment to scalability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities ●Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects across our headless e-commerce platform, mobile applications, AI/ML initiatives, and microservices architecture ●Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) ●Drive delivery of cloud-native solutions, API integrations, and platform modernization initiatives Stakeholder Management & Communication ●Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, partnerships, and operations teams to define requirements and deliverables ●Facilitate clear communication between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value ●Present project status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and external partners Risk Management & Process Improvement ●Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and eliminate blockers to ensure successful delivery ●Implement and optimize project management best practices, leveraging modern tools and methodologies ●Drive continuous improvement in development processes, deployment pipelines, and team collaboration Technical Coordination ●Coordinate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure deployments ●Oversee integration projects involving third-party APIs, payment systems, and compliance tools ●Support platform scalability initiatives and performance optimization projects Required Qualifications Education & Experience ●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field OR equivalent experience in relevant technical field (e.g., software development, systems administration, e-commerce operations, technical consulting) ●5+ years of technical project management experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology platforms ●Proven track record managing complex, multi-team technical initiatives in fast-paced environments Technical Knowledge ●Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and cloud architectures ●Experience with headless commerce, API-first development, microservices, and containerization ●Familiarity with AI/ML project workflows and data pipeline management ●Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment processing, and digital commerce trends Certifications (Preferred) ●PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certifications ●Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Tools & Technologies ● Documentation : Confluence (technical documentation, project wikis) ● Visual Planning : Lucidchart for process mapping and architecture diagrams Development & DevOps Tools ● CI/CD : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI ● Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Monitoring & Analytics ● Application Performance : DataDog, New Relic, or Splunk ● Business Intelligence : Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools Additional Tools ● Design Collaboration : Figma (for UI/UX project coordination) Technical Leadership ●Ability to understand and communicate complex technical architectures and dependencies ●Experience managing cloud-native, API-first, and microservices-based projects ●Understanding of modern e-commerce technologies, including headless CMS, CDNs, and edge computing ●Expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban ●Strong skills in resource planning, budget management, and timeline optimization ●Experience with scaled agile frameworks for large, distributed teams ●Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities ●Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences ●Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across teams Industry Knowledge ●Understanding of e-commerce business models, conversion optimization, and customer experience ●Familiarity with beverage alcohol industry regulations and compliance requirements (preferred) ●Knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention, and data privacy regulations What We Offer Professional Growth ●Opportunity to work with cutting-edge e-commerce and AI technologies ●Leadership role in a fast-growing, innovative company ●Collaboration with industry experts and thought leaders ●Drive projects that directly impact millions of customers and hundreds of partners ●Shape the future of luxury beverage e-commerce technology ●Work with modern tech stack and best-in-class tools Our Values ● Innovation : We invest in the future of our platforms, partners, people, and products ● Expertise : We continuously perfect and maintain our industry-leading knowledge ● Collaboration : We embrace inclusivity and are dedicated to our community and partnerships ● Service : Our commitment to our customers and partners sets the bar within the industry We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
