VP of Operations, CEO Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leading Area Operations Managers and/or Community Managers Car allowance and cell allowance 401K with a 100% match What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:
Hire, train, and develop a team of passionate Community Managers. Drive Success:
Set ambitious sales and budget goals while ensuring operational excellence. Stay Engaged:
Conduct regular community visits and inspections to maintain high standards. Manage Financials:
Oversee annual and monthly budgets and proactively track key performance indicators. Innovate:
Evaluate market trends to keep our communities ahead of the curve. Ensure Compliance:
Uphold safety and legal standards, including Fair Housing laws. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 3 years in multi-site apartment management or in regional leadership roles. Education: A high school diploma is required (college degree preferred). Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Financial management and sales & marketing expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneSite, Real Page, and social media tools. Credentials:
A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. Personal Qualities: Effective Communicator:
