Manager, HR Operations

will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department. This position oversees data related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and is responsible for maximizing the employee experience. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the HR Help Desk, providing support and assistance to employees. Responsibilities: People Management: Provide leadership, strategic guidance, and development opportunities to a high-performing HR Operations team. Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment, empowering team members to excel. Ensure the team has resources and knowledge to contribute to HR and organizational success. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee data related to onboarding, role and compensation changes, performance reviews, and offboarding. Develop and implement processes for a positive employee experience throughout their tenure. Manage employee records and ensure data privacy compliance. HR Help Desk: Oversee the HR Help Desk, providing timely support on HR matters. Train and manage Help Desk staff for effective employee assistance. Report on Help Desk metrics such as SLAs and resolution times. HR Systems and Technology: Manage and optimize HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data for trends and insights to improve practices. Maintain key HR metrics and reports. Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on legal changes and update HR policies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years in HR Operations, including 3+ years in supervision. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations. Experience with HRIS systems, especially ADP Workforce Now. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in a high-growth technology environment. HR Management Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. Ability to work onsite 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) at our Waltham, MA office. #LI-Hybrid Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
