CosmoProf Beauty . **Essential Function** Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. **Primary Duties** Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, and dress code are met. Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate demands. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop teams. Recruit actively and identify strengths and opportunities for associates, providing coaching or counseling as needed. Maintain positive relations and foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Operations (30%) : Ensure execution of company processes through training and analysis, including digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with directives. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, follow policies, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and HAZMAT procedures. **Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements** High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ years old Preferred 3+ years retail/customer service experience Preferred 1+ year management experience Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and support scheduling needs Cosmetology license desirable but not required **Competencies** Passionate Learner, Talent Builder, Effective Communicator, Team Builder, Customer-Focused Partner, Results Driver, Strategic Thinker, Big Picture Thinker, Problem Solver/Decision Maker **Working Conditions** Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in a typical retail environment with safety precautions. **About Us** Our company leads in wholesale and retail beauty supplies, committed to diversity, inclusion, and growth.
