Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Perform
auto body repairs
including panel replacement, metal straightening, body filling, and refinishing preparation Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts according to factory and insurance standards Conduct
frame and structural repairs
using proper measuring equipment and alignment tools Ensure repairs meet
OEM specifications
and safety guidelines Work efficiently to meet production goals without compromising quality Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other shop staff to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience as a body or collision repair technician Proficiency in
dent repair ,
body panel replacement , and
metalwork Ability to use frame machines, welders, and body tools safely and correctly Strong attention to detail and pride in producing
clean, high-quality work Excellent work ethic, dependability, and team-first attitude
I-CAR or OEM certification a plus (but not required)
